Garage Door Opener failed Saturday. I called on Saturday and Ashley set an appointment. Precision was here on Tuesday. Excellent response. Matt is a great asset to your company. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and offered three options. He inspected all moving parts of the door and reported that everything passed but the motor. He installed the new motor and track and programmed the remotes. Matt is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When he finished there was no clean up required. He kept the work area clean and free of any discarded equipment. Everything went into the shipping box as he worked. As a licensed Realtor I would recommend Precision to any of my customers. Thank you for your excellent service.

Form the time I called to schedule and appointment until resolution of my problem, Precision Overhead Garage Service exceeded my expectations. The lady that scheduled the service call took the time to review their service charges and since I am a renter, that made a huge difference to me because I was paying out of pocket. Matt was my technician and he was polite and very knowledgeable. Matt explained the problem, solved the problem, and demonstrated that the problem was solved. Matt did an excellent job and I would confidently recommend Precision to neighbors and friends!

Garage door spring broke so door good not be raised, trapping two cars inside. Precision was notified immediately and arrived within two hours. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable, and had the door repaired within an hour. The service couldn't have been better.

A couple of years ago we had a new motor installed for our garage door. We called Precision and they came that same day and fixed the issue. Today the spring broke on our door. My garage door was hit by another vehicle on Tuesday, August 8th and Matthew from Precision Garage Door of SWFL came out on Wednesday, August 9th to give me an estimate and to help me get my vehicle out of the garage. Matthew showed up earlier than the scheduled appointment time which was great. Matthew had to work on the garage door so he could bring the door up manually so I would be able to remove my vehicle from the garage. Matthew then manually had to put the door back down. The door has to be replaced due to 3 or more panels damaged. Matthew was very efficient in helping me with the door.

It was very easy to schedule a repair with the office. Mark Basilotto, the technician, called and gave me the expected arrival time and he was right on time. After introducing himself, he immediately got to work diagnosing my issues. He explained what the problems were and gave me estimates of the cost to repair the issues from good to best in terms of what I wanted to have repaired. He was very professional, friendly and clean.

Unfortunately for me, the first company I called was the company that had installed my original garage door. I called, gave all my information to them, and was told someone would call me back to schedule the appointment. I waited from 9 AM till 7:30 PM but did not get a call back. I then remembered Precision. They are a top Vendor where I work and many homeowners had given me rave reviews, so I called Precision at 7:30 PM. The phone was answered, my concerns and information obtained and an appointment for early afternoon, the following day, was set on the spot! The tech arrived on time; the repairs completed; the door mechanisms fined tuned and lubricated, all in one service visit. We could not have been more please. I have removed the previous company's sticker from my garage door and replaced it with Precision! Thank you all very much, John L.
