I was especially happy with the quick service response, so not once did we have to open and close the door by hand. The technician was awesome and I told him so. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and why and what could be done to improve the mechanics of the doors for future repairs. He gave me options and only repaired what really needed to be. He didn't miss anything that needed to be done and also made sure I was happy with his work. Five star rating

Quality, service, on time and price. Very satisfied. Our neighbor was having their door replaced on Tuesday, don't you know the Saturday night before their spring broke and they could not open their door. Saturday evening you sent a tech out to repair their door for them at no charge. That there is customer satisfaction, priceless.

Josh was great. He told us he would evaluate our garage door problems and talk to us about his evaluation in about 30 minutes He did exactly that! Then he gave us 4 options; do nothing, fix one door, fix both doors or fix both doors with the best springs available. We decided to bite the bullet and fix both doors with the longer lasting new springs with the 10-year guarantee. He was very personable, but also very professional. We will be recommending Josh and Precision to our friends in this area with homes the same age as ours.
