Your technician arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He repaired the hung door and replaced the opener. Although it cost more than I expected, I ended up with a garage door that opens quietly and with a new garage door opener. I am not sure why a service fee is charged once they are hired to do the job. Only negative. Very nice technician showed up and did a very good job.
