Chris was great. He explained clearly what was needed to repair the door and gave us options for some additional service that was not needed right now but would eventually be necessary. He was pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. He finished the work surprisingly quickly. We would happily use his services again, but sadly we are unlikely to need him any time soon! ????

I had a problem with my garage door closing and I knew it was the sensors but could not fix the problem myself. They were able to book a service call according to my schedule. The technician called ahead, arrived and very quickly determined that the sensors were wired incorrectly. He fixed it within minutes. He also told me how to have the door operate more quietly now and on an ongoing basis. I could not have asked for a more efficient and friendly service to my door. Highly recommended!

This is a top-notch company! My technician (Justin) was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable . I just purchased my home with a garage door in a poor, unsafe condition. Quick appointment. Door was repaired on first visit without replacement parts for service call fee. Another company was going to replace a few parts and had not sent an estimate after 4 days. Great service. Will definitely go back to Precision for any garage door needs.
