A GREAT JOB by Justin Nash (technician) on servicing our Palmira Community, Bonita Springs, FL garage opener. Remotes were not working (we just purchased the condo) and during the service call, we asked about an entire new garage opener, remotes and outside keypad. About 90 minutes later, all were installed & fully operational. GREAT JOB Justin. THANK YOU!!!

Our garage door came off the track and needed to be repaired. I called Precision at 2pm and they were here the next morning at 8:15am. Lee was very knowledgeable and professional. I can't believe he was able to fix the problem on his own. He clearly knew what he was doing and had the door repaired in no time. I would highly recommend this company.

I needed a new circuit board for my garage door opener when it stopped working. There is a tenant using the location and I am not on site. It was diagnosed correctly and handled professionally. Lee made sure I understood what the problem was and called twice as he observed more information about the cause as he repaired the unit. An outstanding technician.

A tech who came to repair my garage opener, that he quickly reprogrammed showed both cables laced and explained why. He had necessary items to replace them and swiftly worked to replace the springs. The response to my service call was prompt and courteous. The tech who came today was also courteous, professional, swift, and kind. I used the Precision in my other home in NJ. I found its service mostly reliable but the knowledge level is not consistent among different technicians whom I have come across over a decade.

Purchased a garage door from Precision about 1 1/2 years ago. This December, it would not close. The "settings" needed to be reset. They thought it was because of a power surge. We spent 3 hours trying to resent the limits, but could not get it to work. They did fix it. We live in Florida with more lighten strikes and power surges than most states. I with I knew that it would have to be resent every time the electricity goes off. After it was fixed, I wanted to know what happen and what I could to go fix it ourselves next time. When talking the to repair man, he was very rude and at first could not tell me what he had done to the garage door to get it working. After a few minutes, he "all of a sudden remembered" what he did then was mad that I was asking so many questions. I was not impressed with the manner of talking to a customer and that the door will need to be resent every time the electricity goes off.

I called because of your reviews and the great comments. Add my accolades to the list. My overhead door was making a loud noise when opening. Your technician fixed the problem with a can of silicone spray. When the painters did my garage they over sprayed getting paint on the weather seals on each side. with the heat the paint softened causing the door to stick. There was no charge, but be assured when the time comes to replace the door or opener, Precision will be the company I will call.

I called on a Sunday and was delighted that someone answered the phone. She helped me with an appointment the following day. The Tech, Lee, called to let me know he was en route. He explained what needed to be done and replaced a broken spring and old rollers. Up and running within an hour. Great job --- highly recommend.
