Precision Door Service was actually recommended to me by the service company I had always used. Joseph Askew, the service rep. who arrived, and his assistant, were very professional and courteous. Joe, quickly determined what the problem was and explained it to me. We then discussed the choices I had for the repair with an estimate for each. I made the choice and they, in a timely manner made the repairs.

Excellent and prompt service. Technician could have come out same day as my call, but I had a conflict. Came the next day and repaired my door promptly. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend them. I had called another company and they told me first of the week and never called to schedule appointment. My technician was Justin. Your service is great !!! I called and received a service technician the next day. Lee arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He analyzed the problem and suggested a solution, gave me a quote which was very reasonable. After completing the repair, he noticed that the bearings were worn and suggested replacing them. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable and basically did the entire job over again and did not charge me any extra labor only for the parts needed. If I have a need in the future, I would definitely call them again. Dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices.
