I needed my garage door serviced and called on a Saturday morning. The agent answered quickly and efficiently. She scheduled an appointment for that same day! Tyler Barnett called before he came to let us know he was on his way. (Much appreciated) Tyler was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! Our tech Joseph came out to reprogram some remotes and we wanted to inquire about a new opener with a camera. We had done a little research on our own in advance. Instead of going into a sale pitch he said “let me ask you some questions first”. That immediately told us whose interest he had in mind. He was even able to show us his own garage opener with camera that he controlled from his phone. After making a call he was able to locate one and come back the next day to install it. He was courteous, fast and walked us through all the features. Highly recommend Precision Door and Joseph. You won’t be disappointed!

good job and came early instead of running late like you usually get. Went to D and D garage doors first as they installed it years ago. The service this time was terrible. Promised to be there all day and then told me to reschedule at 5pm after waiting and calling all day. This service went smoothly and on time!

Precision Door Service was actually recommended to me by the service company I had always used. Joseph Askew, the service rep. who arrived, and his assistant, were very professional and courteous. Joe, quickly determined what the problem was and explained it to me. We then discussed the choices I had for the repair with an estimate for each. I made the choice and they, in a timely manner made the repairs.

No star, waited 2 1/2 weeks for a appointment 4-8 pm, sales person shows up at 1:30 pm throws some paper work inside front screened in porch, because he didn’t want to wait for me to get out of work at 3:30 and be home by 4:00 ( my appointment time) that’s not how sell your products , at least not to me
