Josh S. was fantastic. Called in advance of his arrival. Worked quickly and efficiently to replace header, springs and cables. Spent extra time fine-tuning the adjustments. Lubricated the entire door assembly. All in less than an hour. Truly saved the day as our vehicle was trapped for the weekend in our garage. Highly, highly recommend Precision.

Discovered problem with garage door around 1am, so I figured I'd do some research online to find a place to call in the morning. The Precision website caught my eye because they answered calls 24/7, and also provided night and weekend service at no extra charge. I called around 2am, and setup an appointment for the next day. I was provided a 4-hour window, but they call around 30 minutes before arriving so I didn't need to stay in the house (just close-by). Seth arrived within the specified window, and quickly identified the problem. Repair was performed to my satisfaction. Would definitely call Precision again if I need service in the future.

Joshua performed an analysis of the door problems and determined the the opener mechanism, torsion springs, and cabled required changing. He was very thorough in making sure all repairs were done correctly by reevaluation the doors function.

I am pretty sure we were Bryan's last call of the day at 6:00pm. It was pouring down rain as well. He had been to our home a few months earlier,at which time he told us we were living on borrowed time with our 14 year old garage door opener. He told us that "yes our opener had indeed died and parts were no longer available to repair it. Bryan gave us our choice as to did we want chain or belt driven. We chose belt. He then cheerfully began unloading his truck through a FL downpour. My husband has dementia Bryan was so kind and so patient with him while working very quickly and very efficiently. All in all, though no one likes to spend money on home repair, it was a very very nice experience. We are so glad that we found Precision!
