I want to thank Precision for giving me service quickly. The technician was polite and did a fast and perfect job fixing my garage door. I would and will recommend this company to anyone. He installed a new spring.I had the door opener installed a few years ago by Precision and am very happy with that also. I would happily give him a five star rating.

What a service! Amazing! My door spring broke and I could not open the garage door. I was supposed to leave town early next morning and needed to use my cars. In panic I called Precision. Jason answered the phone and said that the next available appointment was for tomorrow. I told him this was an emergency and explained my situation. He put me on hold, rearranged the service schedule and told me that Lee would come to fix my door in a few hours. Exactly as promised, Lee called me and came on time. He diagnosed the problem, calmed me down, offered several repair options, recommended the preferred one and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. The door works as new! I now know who to turn to for all my garage door problems. Thank you Precision!

Got company name from the Palmers of North Naples. Wonderful service and very fair prices. Actually the very nice technician, whose first language is English, called to tell us he'd be arriving in 30 minutes. Then he adjusted that to 35 minutes. Wow - the exact opposite of Comcast, who tells you they'll be there pretty much whenever!

Jason arrived exactly when he said he would. Work (spring replacement) was completed quickly and neatly. Only objection is the pricing. I would have purhased new drums and cables but the price was a little higher than I coud afford at the time.

Our garage door came off the track just as we were leaving for vacation. Lee came out the same day, replaced worn rollers, and replaced our opener machine which was way out of date. He kept us posted by phone, and we were thrilled to come home to a garage door that opens smoothly and almost silently. Great job! And he was very personable and professional too.

Service was set up in just one day. I was concerned that door would not stop if it encountered an object, like bike handlebars. Was told the only way it would reverse was if light-safety beam was disrupted. Only way to get that would be a new opener.
