re repair of broken spring on my garage door. Same day service, which was important since I could not get my car out of the garage until it was fixed. Alex, the technician arrived on time after calling ahead. He diagnosed the problem immediately, explained everything to me and went to work. Twenty minutes later he had completed the job. I was very impressed. The door works perfectly again. Great job.

Alex arrived early, was courteous and informative, and worked continuously until the broken torsion spring was replaced with a balanced pair of high performance springs. Enjoyed learning from Alex about the proper manner in which to lubricate the door for peak performance. Must admit I didn't recognize him from his photo... he has gotten in great shape from both his work ethic and his commitment to exercise... was a pleasure to meet him ... if the garage door needs more attention, he's THE MAN!! My spring broke Friday morning and Precision was able to make repairs by 1pm. Lee was very knowledgeable and took just over 1 hour to replace both springs and center bearing. Thank you for the quick service so my door could be used over the weekend.

Lee was awesome. Our window was 10-2 and he was here right at 10. As soon as he came in, he explained the process and that the $118 springs were for different doors. We are in Florida. Lee was quick and courteous! Just as an aside, the ladies at the answering center should be better prepared to explain that most people would not be using the $118 springs.

Our technician Joseph was highly recommended by a friend.. he was extraordinary in communication as I am a nurse and answered all the questions I would have had(without asking the appropriate ones even) so that I would understand the history of my existing equipment, detailed options for repair and how that would effect my highly used entrance in the future.. that made it easy for me to respond and the perfect work to be quickly and efficiently done in the time they stated!! We were unable to close our garage door using the key pads or remotes. Joe, the Service Technician, arrived at our home on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what caused the issue and he provided us with several options to repair problem. At the conclusion of the repair, Joe explained in detail the operation of our new equipment. In addition to his technical expertise, Joe appeared to be honest and sincere with customer service being his primary goal. I was very happy with the service provided by Precision Door and I would highly recommend this company for any garage door repair or service.

We have purchased a garage door...and had it installed...the service was good...the technician fluent in his responses.... We, later, had an odd “glitch”...the “door closing/opening” mechanism was responding irrationally!!! We requested a recall to correct opening-closing...we got a good, ready response and the problem is (we hope!!)solved....the first technician was John and the follow up Techician was Joe.....

I would give this company a 5 star rating. Being a new homeowner here in Florida we really lucked out in calling this company via seeing a commercial on tv. Our technician was a very professional young man whose name was Lee. He kept us informed when he would arrive and was on time. The service was excellent. Lee explained what had to be repaired and why the damage had occurred and advised us how to avoid it happening in the future. My husband and I felt we made a very good choice in asking this company for help.
