Great company and product!!! We had an old cheap unit I was putting off replacing when It finally died...in the open position!!! Precision was able to have a technician over the next day who installed a much better unit in less than an hour for a very reasonable price.

Do to the Covid pandemic, we were set a little behind schedule. However, we were kept informed throughout the process. When our door came in to be installed, Charles and Mike were very professional, trustworthy, and polite. I was absolutely delighted to have them on my property. When they were finished with the install, they went over all of the details and facts of the system with me. My overall experience was a wonderful one and I would be proud to refer them to my friends and family!

From previous positive experience several years ago, I called Precision for a current issue. They were able to schedule the repair in less than 24 hours. When they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken cable, electronically accepted by credit card payment and issued a receipt via email all within 30 minutes. Repair is guaranteed for a year. Will call again if a problem and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair/replacement.

The first garage door company we tried was a total dud. They said they needed to order parts, left… and we never heard back from them again – That was four weeks ago! This time we tried Precision Overhead Garage Door. Our repairman, Joe showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the two issues we had with our door. He explained our options, gave us a quick estimate and completely resolved the issues – All the required parts were on his truck, so the repairs happened on the spot!! Joe took the time to explain the solution, showed us ways to keep ahead of future issues and provided recommendations and options for upgrades down the road if our 20-year old door ever required it. Joe was a total pro, super knowledgeable and clearly had years of experience. I totally trust this company and highly recommend them -- Five stars!!!!!

As a former business owner, I know the value of an experienced, thoughtful and knowledgeable employee. Joseph fit that bill. We had a garage door making a loud noise when opened...... and had only been in a brand new coach home for under 1.5 years.
