Contacted Precision for repairs to my old noisy garage door and controls, Tech Tom arrived, reviewed current controls and made recommendations. The technician did an excellent job! He was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. From the time he arrived to diagnose the problem, to the time he left was no more than 2 hours. In that time, he installed an entirely new garage door opener, spring, rollers, bearings and belt. The administration and dispatch were on top of the process. She kept us informed and was extremely thorough. I would recommend this company.

The fat dummy that came to look at my problem was unbelievable. He backed into my driveway and ran over one of my flower beds. Broke thre bricks lining the bed, got out of the van and did not even apologize for doing so. The other dummy with him must have been retarded and did not speak. If these two individuals are examples of your company I want nothing to do with you. I can find people like that on the street.

Mark and Mike came out to inspect my garage door opener and after several diagnostic tests, determined there was interference somewhere in my home. Told me how to detect it and in the end did not charge me for anything. I will use this company again and recommend them highly.
