My brother recommended your company [everyone was nice] but I didn't really want to spend that much money as I may possibly be moving in the near future but your tech was very helpful in giving me information to weigh my decision and also trusting my brother, I decided to go for the best anyway and I am so happy with my new QUIET running motor and not having to go through all the hassle of the opener not shutting the door anymore. After Hurricane Ian the garage door needed repair. I called they answered!!! Others did Not even answer their phone. Had a set date & time and they were able to come early and they did. I called Precision after another company was a "no show". The lady on the phone was pleasant and thorough. She repeated all my information for accuracy (most companies should do this!!)
