Had a new garage door opener installed. It went well. The installer was nice, efficient and it took no time at all. Less than a month later, bolts were falling off. Called for an appointment to fix the problem. Got an appt. the next day. Service man was on time, nice, knowledgeable listened to my concerns. This is one of the most important things to me, listening to the customer. He fixed the problem with a different type bolt, problem solved. End of story. fingers crossed.

Technician Justin arrived as we agreed. A DIY project replacing our old, but reliable, Genie noisy chain opener with a brand new Genie quiet belt opener went horribly wrong for a number of reasons. Justin listened to the saga, quoted the Precision rate for installing customer purchased equipment, and on my OK, he went to work. He solved all of our DIY problems. Very pleased.

Nick was fantastic - he diagnosed the problem with my loud, struggling garage door and fixed it promptly. It runs much smoother and quieter now! He also provided me with an opener since the sellers I bought my house from never provided me with one, paired it with my opener and even linked it to my car. Simple things but it goes a long way! Our garage door would not open and our car was inside. I called Precision mid morning and they were able to get a technician to our place by 4PM. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional and quickly replaced the broken J arm. He then identified and fixed another problem which had been causing the door to open and close erratically. He explained it was temporary due to the ages of the various parts of the system. He provided us with detailed estimates of the work which we plan to have done in the near future. We were extremely pleased with his patience and thoroughness in explaining everything and will request him to do the work.

This is the 2nd time we called Precision Garage Doors. 1st time was 3 years ago and they fixed our door on time and it worked great and was quiet after he work was done. I give you 1 star due to pricing. Matt was early. called and said he had a cancellation. No problem. With scope of work (no parts that I saw), and amount of time here (maybe 15 minutes), I feel what I was charged was "Excessive". I feel like I was robbed. Wish you and yours the best in the future.
