We had an issue with the carrier arm and door bracket separating on our garage door. Called Precision at 8:00 AM and a technician, Doug, was out at 1:00 PM as promised. I was completely pleased the way I was treated when I called. The lady gave me a time and date. I told her that I had another appointment at 5:00. She said left me move some things around and then gave me an appointment with a window b between 2-5pm. the tech showed up at 2:45 and fixed the problem in half hr. Although it cost more than I expected, I ended up with a garage door that opens quietly and with a new garage door opener. I am not sure why a service fee is charged once they are hired to do the job. Only negative. Very nice technician showed up and did a very good job.
