I called Mr Fix It Garage Doors. They said they would be out the next morning. Then postpone until the afternoon, then postponed until the next day. I then email three garage door companies. Precision Doors called me right back and schedule an appointment for the next morning with Mike. Mike called 30 minutes before arrival. We decided my opener wasn't worth fixing. I wanted one with remote access. He had the right one on his truck and installed it promptly. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. I'm now getting a quote from them to replace the garage door.

I called on Sunday because our garage door opener was malfunctioning. We were given an appointment for the next day. Mark, the technician, called when he was about 40 min out. He assessed our problem and determined that we'd best be served with a new unit and he provided a couple of possibiliities to fit our needs. He was very personable, efficient, and knowledgable. He is an employee to be proud of.

Precision Door Service is a class act. They were quick to respond and set an appointment time. The Technician, Mark was amazing to watch. He was knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and completed the repair in less than an hour. He made it look effortless. He replaced two springs, and end bearings and put in all new wheels. Lubricated the whole door. It is so quite now you can hardly hear it go up and down. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

Mike, our technician, was courteous and quite knowledgeable. He made certain of what the issue was before attempting a fix that could have been costly. He was surprised at the strength and weight of our garage door and explained in detail what we should expect in the operation of the door before offering a tuneup of the springs. We are very pleased with the work that Alex did for us. We needed pretty much all parts replaced and new motor installed on our double garage door. Alex explained everything in detail and let us decide what parts we should replace and which ones we could replace if we wished. He came on time, stayed even pass 5 o'clock to finish the job, and the result was an incredibly smooth garage door that sounded like brand new.

I used Precision before and was happy with the service and tech on our older garage door. It needed a board, cheaper than replacing entire unit. Has been working fine since. So I called them wen I had a ballast spring go. Again, showed up early, fixed quickly, explained everything. Not cheap but nothing is these days. Both techs were very good, nice young men.

Mark was my service tech and he was fabulous. He did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all my questions without pushing unnecessary "upsells". In fact, it was in part because of this I did "add on" new top of the line heavy duty springs in addition to the door repair and replacement of cables and rollers that I did require. The company was very punctual and I was able to have my door issue taken care of and my car "set free" the very next morning. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and Mark the service technician that did my job.
