I chose this company based on their reviews and weekend availability. I was not disappointed. My garage door spring broke and the company responded quickly. John, the technician who showed up, was very friendly and informative. He discussed repair options and answered all my questions. He was very professional and worked diligently to complete the repair to my garage door. He did explain all the work he did when he was finished. I would highly recommend this company if you needed garage door work.

Alex was my service man, he was very good explaining to me what had to be done and gave me the cost of what I might think I will need. He explained everything to me. I would absolutely recommend your company. However I haven't received a work order and what he did did and also the cost.

Garage door spring broke so door good not be raised, trapping two cars inside. Precision was notified immediately and arrived within two hours. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable, and had the door repaired within an hour. The service couldn't have been better.

The service tech was on time and very efficient. My complaint was about pricing. I was told there was a $79 service fee plus parts. We replaced one roller that retails at ACE hardware for 8.99. You charged $18, and I HAD TO BUY A BAG OF TEN. My final bill was $259.95. Had I been told about the price I would never gave set up the appointment. I will never use this company again.

I had called the company that installed the door and no response. Remembered the commercials and the song “precision the name you can trust”. Well the commercial is 100% correct. Got an appointment the next day and completed in record time. The employee was excellent. Recommend very highly!

My garage door would not open. I tried calling the company that originally installed the door but nobody was available to answer my call. Same for others as well. When the called Precision I was able to speak to a live person with no waiting. My appointment was scheduled and the door repaired in 2 days. The service technician, Mark, did a great job and was courteous and professional. The door is working better ever. I would recommend Precision without hesitation.
