The service professional did a great job! He temporarily repaired the problem but advised us that we would need to replace garage door eventually as it was quite old and starting to have problems. He wrote out a plan for replacement and provided the estimated cost. Was very clear in what needed to be done. If all your workers are this good, you must do well. Thanks.

Matt came out on a Saturday afternoon. He was punctual, professional, and had me up and running in probably about 30 minutes. I’d put this repair off for literal weeks afraid of the cost. I saw the commercial on tv and called immediately. Scheduler on phone was super friendly and accommodating. Same day appointment. Gage Clausen, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of property. He worked diligently for over 2 hours and was very thorough while explaining how our new unit works. I’m very happy and satisfied with our new system. It’s super quiet which was a problem with old unit. I’m more than happy with precision services. Great technicians, like Gage, makes a big difference!

My to go to garage door company! Mark was ahead of his time schedule, but I was able to make it back home to meet him. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I felt he was a bit in a rush but all and all good service. Pricing seemed a bit high as everything else these days. $179.90 to spray lubricant on wheels and belt was costly. Thank you for your service of the past, present and future.

John Roetzer, was our technician who replaced the center bearing & added nylon rollers to repair our broken garage door opener. John called ahead of time to inform us of his arrival time & actually came much earlier than the 12-4 hours that were assigned to us. Precision offers same day service which we really needed. Garage door springs snapped on a weekend and we had both cars stuck behind a 500 pound door. Precision gave us a four hour window during which time Ephraim arrived. He was courteous, friendly, and professional looked over the situation, gave us two options. We chose the one we wanted and within an hour 15 he was done. Ephraim did a great job. we highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. This is our second time using them and they will be the first company we call for any future repairs or replacements.

I chose Precision because of the reviews I had read on line. I had dealt with another company at one time but they never returned my call (never got a live person - just answering machines and automated attendants)so needed to look for another company. Precision had a real live person answer the phone. Karen was very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the professional service and work done by the technician Doug. Overall - a very good experience.

Installed the garage door with new motor in August 2022. Installation went smoothly. Today we had a little problem, Precision sent a technician out who fixed the problem immediately and did an awesome job reinforcing the broken bracket.

Good morning Andrew Well I chose your company to repair my garage door spring because of recent television commercials and the promise to come same day. I had asked neighbors who they used and relative costs. A number of companies were recommended with cost of repairs varying from $350-$450 which I thought was reasonable given that Lowes cost for a new spring was just over $140 less my military discount of 10%, I was quite delighted with the repairman who came as he said he was ex-US Navy like myself. Need-less-to-say, i was astounded by the prices he quoted $1400+ down to a final price of $880 to just replace the spring and lubricate the new Spring. I went with this as my last choice as I had to pay nearly $100 just for him coming. I sat down and watched him and it only took him less than 1 Hour to do it all. Again I was shocked at the time and cost. Maybe $400-$500 would have been more than appropriate. So Any and All recommendations will be 100% Negative except for the workmanship. As a member or Rotary, I shall spread this far and wide. A $300 refund would be more than appropriate for a 20 year combat military retiree.

My garage door opener had stopped operating. Before it failed - it was noisy and was not gliding smoothly on the rails. I contacted Precision and was able to quickly get on their schedule. Tom Le the Precision technician arrived at my home on time. Tom was both friendly and knowledgeable. Tom assessed my opener and provided me options and, more importantly, honesty. I selected a LiftMaster ultra-quiet smart opener with a camera and LED lighting. I could not be more satisfied with Precision and their customer service. In addition, my LiftMaster opens and closes the door with less noise than any opener I've ever owned. The LED lighting illuminates the entire garage.

The technician, Nick Alfaro, was very professional and punctual. He checked all the connections in the garage door opener mechanism and found a loose plug that had made the opener inoperable. He reconnected it and checked all of the wires in the opener and now it works fine. Thanks for your help today.

Not impressed by the pressure to spend more money on upgraded springs and rollers. Then told the old springs I had were not the right ones. This door has lasted twenty years. How can you say the springs are not right? Also, I’m not signing off to protect you from legal repercussions due to the door opener and the door being two separate entities. To me they must be balanced and operating together as one. If one is not functioning properly then it must be noted. It’s too bad you allow your lawyers to run your business.
