I saw your ad in our local magazine. My very old opener decided to stop working. The tech informed us he could not repair. The tech showed my husband how to open the door manually. When our garage door opener failed to operate and would not close the door, we researched repair companies and called Precision. Mark was able to arrive on the day we called. He made a real effort to see if the unit could be repaired, but since it was old (probably original to the house built in the 1990s) he was unable to get it working and gave us reasonable options for replacing it. The new unit was installed and working in about an hour. We are thrilled with the outcome and even though it was a bit more money than we were hoping to spend, it was money well spent.

I called on Sunday because our garage door opener was malfunctioning. We were given an appointment for the next day. Mark, the technician, called when he was about 40 min out. He assessed our problem and determined that we'd best be served with a new unit and he provided a couple of possibiliities to fit our needs. He was very personable, efficient, and knowledgable. Precision Door Service is a class act. They were quick to respond and set an appointment time. The Technician, Mark was amazing to watch. He was knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and completed the repair in less than an hour. He made it look effortless. He replaced two springs, and end bearings and put in all new wheels. Lubricated the whole door. It is so quite now you can hardly hear it go up and down. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

Precision was recommended by a neighbor. Was totally satisfied with the mechanic and his excellent work. Mark was instructive and mentioned all that was needed to bring old garage door and hardware up to date. Much quieter now with new wheels, springs and so forth. Didn't quite have the proper main springs, but the substitute was satisfactory. Time will tell. Work was accomplished in a reasonable time and caused no inconvenience once underway.

tech was professional, work done promptly, allwork needed to be done was explained. Only problem was price. OH MAN. Good thing my defibrilator was charged. alot of money for the work done.
