Excellent service. Jo arrived on time ,performed a quick evaluation of our failing garage door .Returned the next day and completely over hauled our door. We now have a smooth running (no noise),high tech running door. It operates from my phone ,outside key pad, car remote, or the new sensor he placed in the garage. He took our 20 year old door and brought it into the 2021 century. We couldn't be more pleased. Outstanding company .

He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the door..why is was making the noises and what the remedies might be. Our inside the garage opener switch was not working well- sometimes it would not connect to open the door at all. The Precision service technician analyzed the problem, replaced the switch, and finished in about a half-hour. He Wes prompt and pleasant to deal with. Our tech Joseph came out to reprogram some remotes and we wanted to inquire about a new opener with a camera. We had done a little research on our own in advance. Instead of going into a sale pitch he said “let me ask you some questions first”. That immediately told us whose interest he had in mind. He was even able to show us his own garage opener with camera that he controlled from his phone. After making a call he was able to locate one and come back the next day to install it. He was courteous, fast and walked us through all the features. Highly recommend Precision Door and Joseph. You won’t be disappointed!
