I was scheduled to leave Florida in four days when my garage door began malfunctioning. I called two places for help - closed on Saturday! Fortunately, the third was a charm, Precision Doors, open and superbly recommended ! Their response was quick and efficient ; the technician was able to come even earlier than expected. Ben explained the issue clearly, did a full inspection, offered alternatives - with estimates, and solved the problem. Win! Win!

Great job and product. Ben was fantastic and informed . Only reason a 4 rating is petty to charge your customers credit card fees. Very annoying and reduces my loyalty to comparing with other companies next time. Thank-you

Thank you for submitting your review. CurePay, the credit card processor, is the company that handles credit card transactions and they charge a checkout fee for their service. As prices for everything rise our other option was to raise our prices which we chose not to do since we can still offer that small percentage of savings to our customers if they use any of the forms of payment we accept in house. We accept cash, checks and electronic ACH transfers at no cost to the customer. Once again thank you for using our company.

I was scared my garage door was going to breakdown because of the noises coming from it as the opener raised or lower it. I called Precision, impressed with their ad on their website. The secretary handled my call well and promised a tech would be out between 2 and 6 pm. He showed up minutes after 2:00. We discussed the situation and he pointed out just what the problems were. He said he'd be done within an hour. He was and the door no longer shrieks. The final price was what he'd said before he started work. I love it when repair people are not only effective and provide just the service you need but also do it with courtesy, patience with the customer, and friendliness.
