Received a call from Mark Basilotto saying that he had a cancellation and wondered if we were available for the repair, which of course we were. Mark explained that the motor was not repairable so we opted for the PDS 800 7' Belt Drive. Mark is very personable technician and he works with precision, he wasted no time in handling the changeout. It was a pleasure to meet Mark.

Thee personnel on the chat line and the phone was pleasant, helpful and productive. Derrick who actually fixed my garage door politely contacted us when on his way. Once here he was quick to determine the problem and estimate a cost. The completed the job in less than 1/2 hour, even oiled the door! I was in desperate need of repairing my home garage door. I was able to get it to close about 3/4 of the way down. it was bent and needed to be bent back and new cables installed. It appears I his hit it lightly with my vehicle. I found Precision on their website by searching for garage door repair using my area code. I called and was immediately speaking with a professional worker. He set a time for later that afternoon, which was a Saturday. And actually a service employee called me about 15 minutes later and said he could be her in about a half hour. He should up on time, diagnosed my door problem and had it fixed within the hour. I thanked him and told him I appreciated his quick response and professional work, as well as being friendly.

Our 22 year old garage door opener finally quit so began my search. After reading your company's ad and the many positive customer reviews, I decided to call. I was able to make an appointment for my day off with a window of 10 to 2. Your technician, Fisher called me that he was on his way, arriving promptly at 10. We went over the issues, he did his inspection then offered me 3 estimates to choose from. I decided to go ahead with his full recommendation to install a new opener, spring and door rollers. The end result after all his hard work, I couldn't be more pleased. He was very professional, good work ethic, too. Definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for a job well done!
