Based upon one service call by Precision and our assigned Tech Alex, we Highly Recommend Precision to residents when seeking repair/replacement services. Even the office personnel/dispatcher were timely and responsive. Congratulations to the Peter's of this franchise--you have done a wonderful job of recruitment and retention of a Great Team, who exhibit excellent work ethics and extensive job knowledge and experience. I had used Precision in the past to repair the door. Did a good job. Only complaint I have is the your technician did not clean up after the install, left wire clippings and wire insulation on garage floor. He did overturn box holding the motor unit and let the unit drop to the floor, but perhaps that is OK?

Called on a Saturday just for a price, liked what they offered and they had someone here Monday, checked my door, installed a new Lift Master 8500w as my door opener was so noisy, new springs and all like new again. Belt drive is so quiet compared to my chain Genie I had. Derric was the best, very personable and professional. Had it all installed in about 2 hours. Highly recommend Precision.

Called for a new garage door motor. Scheduled for a technician to come out in a few days. The technician Alex called to inform us he was on his way. He was honest, friendly, patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. Explained everything with pricing. Gave us different options. Explained how long it would take to get the job done and the final cost. Did a great job! Couldn’t be happier. I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone.

When I saw your office dogs listed as customer service employees, I was sure I had chosen the right company. Alex came to our house to check out our door issue. There was none when he came and said that our sensors probably got out of alignment. Nothing needed to be done. However, I asked what it would cost to have a new opener installed as ours was quite old. He gave me various options and answered my questions. A new opener, wall button, outside buttons, and new sensors installed within the hour and a half he promised. I couldn't be more pleased and have already recommended Precision to neighbors.

Getting a new motor wasn't in our budget at the moment or else I would have purchased that as well. I do see a new motor in our future. If I do order one it was because Alex sold me on one. Best around... New to the area and door would not close. Called and came out, adjusted and move the sensors. The bill was zero dollars!!!!! He made the adjustment and off he went.... not too many companies do this anymore. Will not use anyone else five star in my book

First off, I want to say that I never write reviews, this is my first. I am new to Fla and had to rely on google and reviews in my search for garage door repair. I chose Precision and they did not disappoint. My tech, Justin, is the sole reason I am writing a review. Justin is very professional, knowledgeable, patient (I ask a lot of questions) conscientious. and pays attention to details. He gave me the information I needed, no pressure, so I could decide on my course of action. He installed my new springs and rollers and made sure everything worked when he was done. He cleaned up and took away the old mechanism as well as informed me about warranty and maintenance. I was more than pleased having Justin as my Tech. I am so happy I called Precision. You have me as a customer for life and I will recommend you to everyone. Thanks again, Justin.

Mark came out on Dec first. He was knowledgeable and very good. Stated we needed a new door. Because we liked Mark I called Saturday and an appointment was set between 1600 - 2000 on Wednesday Dec 9th for an estimate. We have looked online but wanted to talk to someone in person and see material first. Was told on phone they bring a kit. Received a call around noon on Wed that there were some cancellations and wanted to come early. I was at work so I did not hear vm until 1430. I called around 1500 and said I was on my way. Did not hear from Seth after two calls. To my surprise an estimate was at my front door. Evidently, the appointment time does not matter. Now mind you, I left work early for this appointment. I called to see if someone was coming but the real person answering, although very nice could not get anyone to answer. I think they were gone for the day. I did send an email to Precision. Seth answered the next day and said he was sorry. Family emergency. Probably should have let me know that before coming early. So now it will be another week before I get a different company to come out. The reviews are great and I hope that my experience was not the usual. I never heard from the owner just Seth. Sorry to say that I am very unhappy with the way I received the estimate. Seth will be glad to answer my questions via email. No thank you. I wanted to see material against my paint. Except for dollar amount the rest of the information I already knew from online. My suggestion would be that if there is an appointment, fo not make it convenient for the tech. If there was a family emergency, the I should have been called or a different technician sent to keep the appointment. This is the first review I have ever left. That shows how disappointed I am.

Alex Reich Was the Technician who came out and He got to work quickly. He discovered that a lock was partially engaged and repaired it. He then used Lithium to spray everything that needed to be greased: Springs, wheels, track and anything else that he felt needed it! I would give him 5 stars for his technical skills and work ethic and personality!
