He quickly determined the best path to repairing my system and gave me all of the optional paths fully explained! Repairs were undertaken quickly and completed just as quickly. We are very pleased with the work that Alex did for us. We needed pretty much all parts replaced and new motor installed on our double garage door. Alex explained everything in detail and let us decide what parts we should replace and which ones we could replace if we wished. He came on time, stayed even pass 5 o'clock to finish the job, and the result was an incredibly smooth garage door that sounded like brand new.

I used Precision before and was happy with the service and tech on our older garage door. It needed a board, cheaper than replacing entire unit. Has been working fine since. So I called them wen I had a ballast spring go. Again, showed up early, fixed quickly, explained everything. Not cheap but nothing is these days. Both techs were very good, nice young men.

Mark was my service tech and he was fabulous. He did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all my questions without pushing unnecessary "upsells". In fact, it was in part because of this I did "add on" new top of the line heavy duty springs in addition to the door repair and replacement of cables and rollers that I did require. The company was very punctual and I was able to have my door issue taken care of and my car "set free" the very next morning. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and Mark the service technician that did my job.

I had used Precision in the past to repair the door. Did a good job. Only complaint I have is the your technician did not clean up after the install, left wire clippings and wire insulation on garage floor. He did overturn box holding the motor unit and let the unit drop to the floor, but perhaps that is OK?

Called on a Saturday just for a price, liked what they offered and they had someone here Monday, checked my door, installed a new Lift Master 8500w as my door opener was so noisy, new springs and all like new again. Belt drive is so quiet compared to my chain Genie I had. Derric was the best, very personable and professional. Had it all installed in about 2 hours. Highly recommend Precision.

He was honest, friendly, patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. Explained everything with pricing. Gave us different options.
