Precision responded immediately to our call to fix a broken motor belt and sent a very professional tech, Alex, to perform the work. After much research, I bought our garage door from Precision 8 years ago. The very high wind rating and very realistic laser printed wood pattern were the best available on the market. They recommended an appropriate motor and accessories that all work well together. The system works perfectly, has gone through two hurricanes and several tropical storms without a scratch and has never REQUIRED service or repair. I've had two preventative maintenance services done which consisted of lubricating all rollers and adjusting the tension on the counterbalance springs. The service technicians were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

Mark was the tech who responded to my need of garage door repair. He called well ahead of arrival. When he got here, he offered to wear a mask if I wanted him to, which I appreciated. We had a disaster on our hands with a very heavy garage door. Alex arrived a little more than an hour later and managed to deal with a challenging problem of re-hanging it. Our garage door (25 years old) started making horrible noises and shaking to the extent that we parked our vehicles on the driveway in case we could no longer open and close the door. It was a good thing that we did that because all of a sudden the door wouldn't budge. We called your company after scanning the options in our area and read the glowing reviews. It was after hours when we called but we left the message with a very polite lady. The following morning I had an email saying someone would be at our house that afternoon. Fisher arrived around 2-2:30 after calling first. He inspected the problem and then wrote up three options and explained each one clearly and the benefits of each one to us. After choosing the option that we felt was the best scenario for us, he worked on our door for 4 hours bringing the door and it's operation back to better than new condition. We were impressed by his knowledge and his work ethic. He kept on task and was polite, and answered all of our questions. We were totally impressed by him and his work, and with the prompt response from your company. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends.

Had what turned out to be a minor problem with our opener. Magnified by the fact we are in Canada and house is in Florida. Made a call to Precision and within 3 hours Alex picked up a key from my friend and was at the house. An hour later everything was resolved and the system serviced. Unbelievable. Had to wait 3 weeks in Canada for same service.
