We picked Precision Doors due to their excellent reputation. Our technician Mike came out today and we needed him to address the unacceptable noise from our garage door. He not did just that and pointed out that the door was nearly 20 years old. We discussed options to make sure it would still be working in 20 more years. Ended up having rollers and springs replaced so we should be good for a long time. We appreciated that Precision had all necessary parts on the truck. We really appreciated Mike's knowledge and professionalism. Thanks Mike!

Precision Garage Door initially installed our door after Ian took out our original door to the house. This time we needed an adjustment so the door will lower evenly. Service technician arrived at my home two days after my initial call. Service calls are done 7 days a week. Technician was very courteous and polite. He arrived at the scheduled time (on a Sunday). He corrected my problem in less than two hours and informed me on the proper maintenance to ensure maximum life of the system. Highly reccomend!

For starters, this service call was in cape Coral Florida, at my residence, garage door was completely messed up and called my usual contractor but told me no service till Saturday which I would of had to pay for weekend service, b#llsh*t, so I needed this door repaired that day, so here comes precision commercial on TV and the rest is history, same day service, excellent technician,(Mike) professional and well spoken. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a great job! Seth arrived on time, provided a quote and was able to verify they had the door I wanted in stock. He was also able to schedule the installation for the very next day which was great. As promised the installers Gilbert and Lucas showed up on time. They asked upfront if I had any questions before they started doing anything. After that they went right to work removing the old garage door and installing the new one. After they finished installing the new door they went over it with me, provided the owner's manuals and again asked if I had any questions. Everything worked fine. It was a pleasurable experience doing business with this company. I would highly recommend they to anyone looking to have garage door service done in the future.

We need a bottom seal for our garage door. Called Precision and got an appointment right away. The technician, Mike, called to let us know he was 10 minutes out from our home. He was on time, looked at the door, and then explained what needed to be done and provided us the cost. He worked quickly and provided great service. Would highly recommend the company and our technician, Mike!! Since the door seal was not listed in the purchase list, we selected cables.
